Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met at the Maximos Mansion with Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), in his capacity as a candidate for United Nations Secretary-General.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed Mr Grossi’s priorities as a candidate for the UN top post.

According to officials, the talks also covered the ongoing crises in Ukraine and the Middle East, Iran’s nuclear programme, as well as the broader issue of the peaceful use of nuclear energy.
