Authorities in Thessaloniki have arrested a 25-year-old man as part of the investigation into the murder of Vagia Nestora.

According to reports, the 25-year-old, who is allegedly active in anti-establishment circles, is the person who received the keys to the apartment on Papadiamanti Street from the 24-year-old and then handed them over to the “operational” couple, the 29-year-old man and the 26-year-old woman.

The latter two are accused of using the apartment as a base of operations and hideout for the preparation and execution of the attack on the apartment building where the Nestora family lives.

With this latest arrest, the number of people detained in connection with the case has now risen to four, while authorities continue their investigations in order to determine the exact role of the 25-year-old and any possible links he may have with the other individuals involved.
