Noam Katz has announced the end of his tenure as Israel’s Ambassador to Greece, marking the occasion with a farewell message posted on X.
“Goodbye, and until we meet again! As my term as Israel’s Ambassador to Greece comes to an end today, I leave with a heart full of gratitude,” Katz wrote.
Reflecting on his four years in Athens, the ambassador expressed his appreciation for Greece and its people.
“These four years have truly been wonderful, and I want to thank Greece and the Greek people for becoming such an important part of my journey and my story. I leave with countless friendships, unforgettable memories, and a deep love for this unique country,” he said.
Katz added that, upon returning to Israel and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he intends to continue supporting and strengthening the close relationship between Israel and Greece.
“As I return to Israel and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I will continue to support and strengthen the special bond between Israel and Greece,” he concluded.
