Idomeni: The father of 7-year-old girl claims nothing happened

He claims that nothing happened saying that "The girl went to the toilet, a man tried to open the door and then two of our friends attacked him"

“The girl went to the toilet, a man tried to open the door and then two of our friends attacked him,” Ahmed Murad, the father of the 7-year-old girl said three days after the incident occurred noting that “everything is a lie”.

Murad argues that reports of Greek and international media claiming that a man from Pakistan attempted to rape his daughter at Idomeni refugee camp are based on disinformation.

The father of the girl claims that nothing happened saying that “The girl went to the toilet, a man tried to open the door and then two of our friends attacked him”.

According to police authorities in Idomeni, the parents of the child did not file any complaint on the incident.
