Serves: 24 Preparation time: 20m Cooks in: 15m Ready in: 35m

Ingredients
1 pack filo pastry (10-11 sheets)
300 gr cream cheese
100 gr walnut pieces
2 tbsp strawberry jam
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil, for the pastry sheets
1 cup runny honey
1 tbsp cinnamon ground

Method
Step 1
In a bowl mix well the cream cheese, walnuts and strawberry jam. Keep in the fridge.

Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200C. Lay the filo pastry flat on a work surface and cover with a clean slightly damp tea towel to prevent it from drying out. Take one sheet of pastry and place it flat on the work surface. Cut it lengthways. Place a heaped spoonful of mixture on the end of each strip, fold a little pastry over the filling, then fold in the edges. Loosely roll to form a cylinder.
