Russia considers it unacceptable to have US nuclear weapons in Europe, Sergei Lavrov said today.
“It’s time for them to return to the United States”, he said at a conference on disarmament, according to Ria Novosti.

Lavrov also said Russia was ready for joint cooperation with the United States on strategic stability, while noting that Ukraine still has Soviet nuclear technology.
He also stressed that the West should not build military installations in countries of the former Soviet Union.
