New blockades of farmers in Larissa and Karditsa – They raised lanterns in the sky on the E65

Consultations continue for their descent to Athens on Tuesday - Discussions for symbolic presence of tractors with the Ministry of Civil Protection

Newsroom February 16 08:46

Farmers are heating up their tractor engines as they insist on holding a rally on Tuesday at 18.30 in Athens as part of their mobilisation for increased production costs and compensation for damages caused by the bad weather Daniel.

A new wave of blockades of the country’s main highways has been underway since Friday afternoon.

Specifically, farmers gathered at Stefanovikio, and proceeded to block the old national road Volos-Larissa.
