Mobilization of the fire brigade was triggered by the information about a fire outbreak at noon on Friday in a forest area in Laconia, east of the village of Arna.

According to the fire brigade, forces were reinforced and now 46 firefighters with 13 vehicles and two teams of hiking sections are operating.

At the same time, airborne firefighting resources were also mobilized, one aircraft with two helicopters.
