He was arrested on Monday afternoon (22/4), under the auto-custody, by a police officer of the Kifissia Security Department, 17-year-old, for violation of the legislation on flares and fireworks.
In the context of investigating information regarding the action of a person who illegally trades fireworks and firecrackers through social networking applications, the minor was identified and his criminal activity was certified.
After a check in his possession and at his home, a total of 404 firecrackers, 160 fireworks and a mobile phone were found and seized. The arrested man, with the case against him, was taken to the competent prosecutor.
