Ingredients
650gr. minced beef
Crumb of 3 slices bread moderate
½ cup milk
1 medium onion, finely chopped or grated
2 tsp. tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tsp. fresh oregano
1 tsp. teaspoon chopped fresh mint or ½ tsp. fresh mint (optional)
2 tsp. tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation method
step 1
Soak the bread crumbs in milk until it rises and after properly spun by hand.

Mix in a large bowl the remaining ingredients. Add the bread and knead the mixture thoroughly to consolidate all materials. Leave the mixture for 15 minutes, to stand.

Preheat the oven to 200oC. Plath round patties in the greased dish oven pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, while turning until golden brown on both sides.

Alternatively, you can fry in a nonstick pan, making sure to turn them over both sides.
