Against the two traffickers (a 47-year-old Pakistani and a 45-year-old Greek woman), a case file was formed for facilitating the entry into Greek territory for profit, transporting foreigners inside the country, forgery, possession of a third person’s travel document, dangerous driving, disobedience and violation of the law on addictive substances.
