Michalis Dardaneliotis, founder of the “Chain of Hope” AMC, is being investigated by the Money Laundering Authority for fraud of more than 800,000 euros, while an order has been issued against him for freezing all his assets.
Dardaneliotis gave his version of the inheritance he received from the half-brother of the well-known actor Nikos Sergianopoulos, Leonidas Lagoudakis, as well as the case of 92-year-old R.T., whose property was claimed by his company through a will that was originally ruled forged by the competent court.
Dardaneliotis, speaking on the show, said that after Lagoudakis’ death he inherited a total of 1,250,000 euros. This amount came from the sale of Lagoudakis’ listed tower in Castella, as well as from the deceased’s bank deposits. We recall that a close friend of Lagoudakis, who supported him in the last days of his life, had revealed to “Theme” that the bank deposits amounted to 675,000 euros.

With regards to the case of the forged will of the 92-year-old woman, Dardaneliotis said he approached the legal heirs and never questioned the handwritten will. He added that he has appealed against the trial court decision, challenging the findings of the court-appointed forensic graphologist – an officer of the National Police in the Criminal Investigation Department.
In an intervention in the show “Truths with Zina”, the lawyer of the legal heirs of the 92-year-old woman, Ioulia Tsatsomaridi, responded to what Michalis Dardaneliotis claimed about the case of the fake will.
Specifically, he said that he falsely claimed to the legal representative of “Chain of Hope” that he did not challenge the legally declared private will of the 92-year-old woman, as he had exercised both legal remedies (opposition, which was rejected by the Athens Magistrate’s Court) as well as challenges to its authenticity through a private graphological report by the technical consultant of “Chain of Hope”, Th.K.
Regarding the conclusion of the forensic graphologist, Ms. Tsatsomaridi noted that it was not based on a photocopy of the deceased’s signature, as claimed by Dardaneliotis, but on a plethora of original samples of her signature.
Finally, regarding the claim of the representative of “Chain of Hope” that he has appealed against the primary court decision, the lawyer of the legal heirs stated that this is a late appeal with the sole purpose of delaying the issuance of a final decision.
