The company was founded with an initial capital of €1,000 and is registered at 5 Leventi Street in the Municipality of Athens. This location is notable for being the same building where the luxury maisonette purchased by Kasselakis and McBeth is situated.

The company was formed with a capital of €1,000, divided into 100 shares, each valued at €10. The entire capital was contributed in cash by Tyler McBeth, who received all 100 shares. He has been appointed as the sole manager and representative of the company for a fixed term of 30 years.
