New Democracy’s press office released an announcement regarding SYRIZA’s “elective affinities” with the socialist party of Venezuela.

According to the announcement the: “”Models standards for Mr. Tsipras prove once again, catastrophic and demonstrate what Greeks should avoid”.

“Mr. Tsipras stated that “Venezuela is a model to be followed in order to leave behind the capitalist model that prevails in Europe today”, continues the announcement.

“So, Tsipra’s model, since yesterday allows people to shop in super markets and convenient shops, while the army guards them, no more than twice a week”.

The announcement concludes by stating that “after that, Mr. Tsipras cannot keep deceiving the Greek people”.
