This innocent and natural reaction has the power to transform your health in ways you may not have imagined. From boosting the immune system to combating stress and depression, laughter can be the most natural medicine at your disposal.

Prevents Strokes

Science acknowledges that stress is one of the main factors contributing to atherosclerosis, a chronic condition that can lead to stroke or heart attack. Studies show that laughter, as a natural stress reliever, helps protect blood vessels in the same way sunscreen protects the skin from the harmful effects of the sun.
