Eurogroup head Jeroen Dijsselbloem expressed concern over negotiations between the Greek government and the country’s European partners, according to ANP reports.
In an article published on Friday, the Dutch news agency underlined that the Greek government has many demands, but that the “real problem is that there is no money”. Moreover, the report mentions that Dijsselbloem does not hold much hope for a successful outcome of negotiations.
According to ANP, the Eurogroup head characterized the Greek debt as a “very complicated” issue and said a country cannot spend money that it simply doesn’t have.
