Riga, September 9, 2025 – Turkey secured a commanding 91–77 victory over Poland in the EuroBasket 2025 quarterfinals, moving on to face the winner of Greece vs. Lithuania in the semifinals.

The match started with both teams trading early baskets, ending the first quarter tied at 19–19. Turkey, led by Alperen Sengun, quickly pulled ahead in the second quarter, with strong contributions from Osman, Hazır, and Sipahi. By halftime, Turkey had established a 46–32 lead, showcasing dominance on both ends of the court. Sengun finished the half with 10 points, six rebounds, and six assists, while Sipahi added eight points. For Poland, Dzieva led with 11 points, and Lloyd contributed eight.

Turkey’s third quarter cemented their lead. Key plays included fast-break dunks from Sengun and successful three-pointers from Sipahi and C. Osman.
