The 3rd edition of the Posidonia Sea Tourism Forum is to take place during May 26-27, 2015. The event, focused on the East Med and the Black Sea, promises to be incisive and interesting with a full conference program aimed at highlighting the positive trends and negative barriers that need to be addressed so that the region can reach its true potential.
The long-term goal is to create a win-win situation for all stakeholders involved. Senior policy and decision makers from the global cruise and yachting industries will again meet with Greek and international government officials, regulators, and local authorities at the 2015 Posidonia Sea Tourism Forum. During the event important issues will be raised, including lifting remaining obstacles to further development of the region’s economies by increased cruise and yacht traffic throughout. It is in this connection CLIA Europe has already announced that it will be holding its Executive Committee Meeting at the Posidonia Forum and plans parallel meetings with senior government officials to discuss the potential for cruise growth in Greece and the East Med and the projected increase of deployment in the East Med for 2016.
The 3rd Posidonia Sea Tourism Forum will take place 26-27 May 2015 at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre.
