With 25 years of experience in the Propeller Club and a long career in Piraeus, Fragoulis aims to lead the Club into its next century with renewed direction and a stronger international identity.

At a time when shipping and shipbuilding are regaining global prominence, he plans to focus on:

• Rebranding the organization
• Expanding its global network
• Strengthening ties with members in Europe, Africa, and the Americas
