Air France homosexual airhosts refuse to fly to Iran

Facebook petition receives 2,000 signatures

Following the controversy caused by French airline’s ‘Air France’ hostesses last week to refusal to comply with a new internal uniform regulation that compelled them to cover up their hair while working on the France-Teheran route, which saw the company back down and allow employees to abstain from the specific route with no consequences, the homosexual airhostesses and hosts are also campaigning against flying on the specific route to Iran. In a petition posted on Facebook that has already gained 2,000 signatures, homosexual airhost Laurent M argues that even though the sexual orientation of hosts and hostesses is not on their passports it was inconceivable to travel to countries where the staff’s preferences are punishable by the official state.. Laurent M sent an open letter to Air France and the French government titled “Air France homosexual air hosts refuse to fly to Iran that implements the death penalty. The Paris to Teheran route is scheduled to resume on April 17, after it was interrupted in 2008 due to sanctions against Iran. Iran follows a strict Islamic law based on Sharia, which punishes homosexuality by death for adults and 74 lashings for minors.
