ASE opening: Drop

27 of the stocks traded were rising, 15 were falling and 12 remained unchanged.

The Athens Stock Exchange saw a drop in equity prices at 11 a.m. on Wednesday with the basic share price index down 0.96%, standing at 852.98 points and turnover at 6.59 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks decreased by 1.23% and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was down by 0.44%.

Many individual sectors moved downwards, with the biggest losses in Banks (-3.17%) and Oil (-1.49%).
