An ambulance was engulfed in flames in Metamorfosi, Athens, after an oxygen cylinder exploded in its cabin.
The accident happened very close to a school complex and according to eyewitnesses who spoke to protothema.gr, it happened when the ambulance was on the move.
It was an ambulance of a private clinic.
However, the exact conditions under which at least one oxygen cylinder ignited remain unknown.
