Athens appears to be the city with the biggest number of available office space, right after war-torn Kiev, according to Jones Lang LaSalle, on statistics of both 2014 as well as estimates for 2015.

Office space rent prices are 204 euro per square meter per year (17 euro per sqm per month) for more modern office spaces.

According to JLL’s report Athens seems to be at the lowest point of the fiscal “clock” (a 360 circle) along with other cities like Barcelona, Brussels, Rome, Prague, Boudapest etc.  The company has taken into account a total of 75 European cities which it considers as the largest markets in the great European area, the Middle East and Africa.
