Equity prices rose on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE) on Wednesday, with the basic share price index up 0.98% at 835.57 points at 11 a.m. and turnover at 10.125 million euros.
The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was up 1.51%and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was up 1.63%.
On individual sector indices, the biggest gains were in Banks (+2.73%), Travel & Leisure (+1.21%) and Real Estate (+1.15%).
The biggest losses were in Technology (-3.25%), Construction (-1.51%), and Utilities (-1.46%).
38 of the stocks traded went up, 10 dropped and 14 remained unchanged.
