An investigation by the Greek corruption prosecutors is currently under way at the residence of Bank of Greece (BoG) Governor Yiannis Stournaras. The probe concerns past allegations about his wife’s alleged involvement in an advertising program by the Center for Control and Prevention of Diseases (KEELPNO). Stournaras’s wife, Lina Nikolopoulou, was in charge of a company that had undertaken an advertising campaign for KEELPNO in the recent past.
