Borjan’s List: Who has 6.5 billion euros in deposits

On the top of the list is a Greek with about 56 million euros in deposits

Deputy Finance Minister Trifon Alexiadis received about two weeks ago the so called Borjan’s list by the Finance Minister of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, Norbert Walter Borjan.

The list includes 10,588 bank accounts at a Swiss branch of UBS belonging to Greeks with total deposits reaching 6.5 billion euros. The data concern deposits for 2006 and 2008 with amount of the deposits reaching 3.9 billion Swiss francs and 2.9 billion Swiss francs respectively.

On the top of the list is a Greek with about 56 million euros in deposits, whereas second and third on the list are account holders with 52 million and 50 million euros respectively.

The list does not include the names of the persons, so as to avoid any leakings, but their full profile is mentioned, such as VAT number, bank account number, home address, place of residence, date and place of birth.
