A gut-wrenching rendition of the song takes on new meaning
Singer Rachel Platten’s Fight Song took on an even more personal meaning. Platten, hearing that 7-year-old Jeremiah Succar was a fan of the song, decided to visit the young cancer sufferer at the Los Angeles hospital where he was being treated. Together they recorded a very special version of the song.
The boy’s parents got Platten’s attention when they started a campaign on Instagram #RachelMeetJeremiah.
