Coronavirus Greece: 4,832 new cases, 11 deaths, 97 intubated

Among intubated patients, 45 (46.39%) are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated and 52 (53.61%) are fully vaccinated

The new laboratory-confirmed cases of the disease (individuals) recorded in the last 24 hours were 4,832. The total number of people who became ill amounts to 3,549,944 (daily change + 0.1%), of which 48.7% are men.

The number of possible new infections recorded in the last 24 hours was 781 while since the beginning of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic the total number is estimated at 149,032 (4.0% of the total number of positive results).

There are 11 new deaths of patients with COVID-19, while a total of 30,099 deaths have been recorded since the beginning of the epidemic. 95.7% had an underlying disease and/or age 70 years and older.

The number of patients treated by intubation is 97 (54.6% men). Their median age is 70 years. 91.8% have an underlying disease and/or age 70 years and older. Among intubated patients, 45 (46.39%) are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated and 52 (53.61%) are fully vaccinated. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 4,712 patients have been discharged from the ICU.
