Dijsselbloem: Greece has still a lot of work to do

“I hope to get it all done before the end of the year” he said

Eurogroup President Jeroen Dijsselbloem said on Monday that Greece and its lenders have a lot of work to do so as to agree on the terms of its emergency bailout and that he hopes to agree on the next steps by the end of 2015.

Speaking to the Foreign Press Association in The Hague, Dijsselbloem said “The Greek government still has a lot of work to do and I hope to get it all done before the end of the year.”

He also added that the Greek debt servicing should be manageable, and that the remaining 10 billion euro from the total package of 25 billion euros reserved for the Greek banks will be given to Greece after the first evaluation is completed.
