Democratic Left’s (DIMAR) proposal for a referendum on “small PPC” was signed by 11 MPs and was submitted to the Special Secretariat of the President of the Parliament. The proposal was not signed by MPs Grigoris Psarianos and Ekaterini Markou (who became independent on Thursday).

In a statement, DIMAR MP Spyros Lykoudis who has signed the proposal, said that DIMAR’s decision to refrain from the co-signing of a joint proposal with SYRIZA was correct, adding that his party’s proposal should not be added to similar requests submitted by other political parties that have a completely different approach.
