European Parliament VP and top SYRIZA cadre Dimitris Papadimoulis said the possibility of yet another snap election in Greece within the next few months is highly probable, speaking to a local television station.

He added that radical leftist Greek PM Alexis Tsipras retains a high approval rating amongst the electorate, while he underlined that SYRIZA’s intentions are to implement more focused and effective policies.

Commenting on Greece’s EU partners, he said the conservative right in Europe might not ‘like us’ but they are realists and admit that SYRIZA is the only political power in Greece they can negotiate with.

“Their errors have made them wiser”, he said, without commenting on the possibility of mistakes by his side.
