The film was awarded the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival

The nationwide premiere of the film “Triangle of Sadness” will take place in Chiliadou, Evia, where a large part of it was shot.

The film, which was awarded the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival, will be screened on the beach of Chiliadou on Monday, September 5, 2022, in the presence of multi-awarded director Ruben Estlund.

The event is co-organised by the 28th International Film Festival, Athens Premiere Nights, Feelgood Entertainment, the Region of Central Greece, and the production company Heretic.

The film focuses on the “decadent relationships” between people, and Western capitalism and presents social issues such as roles in society and social strata, in the context of survival in a desert.
