The two-page memo offered to Greece by creditors
Top Financial Times writer Peter Spiegel got hold of the full memo, crumpled by “tender touches”, concerning rumors of a new 15.3-billion-euro offer to Greece to extend the current bailout through the end of November. The actual offer was really nothing new as there was no money left in the bailout.
