Despite the global drop in oil prices, Greeks will still face high costs. Weak fuel demand have contributed to the decline in oil prices. Brent crude futures dropped by 0.3% to $82.53 a barrel, and West Texas Intermediate crude futures were at $78.03 a barrel. Analysts noted that oil prices dropped due to signs of weak demand.
However, the price of unleaded fuel remains unchanged. International oil prices have decreased from $91.83 on 12/4 to $82.72 on 12/5, while unleaded fuel prices have remained persistent at around €1.96/liter.
