German Chancellor Angela Merkel gave a brief press conference following the multi-partite meeting with Greece and its international creditors at dawn on Friday. She told reporters that there was ‘disappointment’ that more progress has not been made by Greece. “There was disappointment that what we expected didn’t happen after February 20,” she said.

Europe’s powerful leader announced that the Greek government will send specific reforms.
