Greek exports up in March

The value of export-deliveries totaled 2.151 billion euros in March

Greek imports grew five times more compared with exports in March this year, Hellenic Statistical Authority said on Thursday.

The statistics service, in a report on the country’s merchandise trade, said that the value of import-arrivals totaled 3.970 billion euros in March, from 3.710 billion euros in March 2013, for an increase of 7.0% (excluding oil products imports grew by 16.9%).

The value of export-deliveries totaled 2.151 billion euros in March, from 2.122 billion euros in March last year, for an increase of 1.4% (excluding oil products the value of exports fell by 5.9%).
