Metropolitan Markos says people should resist the building of Islamic mosque n Athens

The Greek Orthodox Metropolitan of the island of Chios, Markos, unleashed a blistering attack against the Greek government and politicians supporting the erection of a Muslim mosque in Athens. As local news website politischios.gr reports, Markos accused politicians of ‘pulling their pants down and are bowing’, while he called on the faithful to vociferously oppose the building of the Muslim mosque in Athens. The Orthodox leader also blasted the same sex marriage political union during his sermon, while he said ‘there are no refugees, they are all illegal migrants’.
