Panathinaikos and Olympiakos fans, along with Serbian Red Star supporters, caused disturbances outside the Uber Arena late Saturday in Berlin. Over 40 police officers and firefighters were deployed to control the riots involving around 100 people in the Prenzlauer Berg district.

Parnitha: Volunteers cleaning the area were attacked and stabbed

The brawl, near the Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn station, involved baseball bats and clubs. Fans were in Berlin for the Euroleague Final Four. Watch the video allegedly capturing the incidents
