The four times Oscar nominated Hollywood actor and the famous Russian model decided to split after a series of arguments over the Christmas holidays following clashes with his mother.
A close friend said: “Irina thought things were going brilliantly with Bradley and is very upset they ended this way”.
As the friend claims, Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk had been getting on very well, but arguments started when they spent Christmas with Bradley’s mother.
In fact, the arguments mainly focused on the fact Irina and Bradley’s mum weren’t getting on very well, The Sun reports.
“That caused friction between Bradley and Irina as he is very close to his mum and the fact that Irina and her didn’t get on put pressure on their relationship” the friend said.
The Hollywood start is so close to his mum Gloria, he actually lives with her in Los Angeles.
He admitted they “needed each other” following the “brutal” death of his father.
