ISIS planning mass terror attacks against Jewish children in Turkey

Israel tells Jews to leave Turkey

According to British Sky News, the so-called ‘Islamic State’ (ISIS/Daesh) was plotting to unleash terror attacks against Jewish children living in Turkey. The intelligence was obtained by six ISIS operatives who were apprehended in Turkey last week. The most probable attack was planned to take place at a synagogue in Constantinople, a Jewish community center attached to a school. ‘In light of these circumstances, extraordinary security measures are being taken above and beyond the high alert level already in place by Turkish police, as well as vigilance within the Jewish community’, an intelligence source told Sky News. Turkey has been rocked by a series of terrorist attacks since the start of the year that claimed the lives of more than 80 people, the most recent being the March 19 assault that killed five people in the country’s capital Ankara. The Israeli state has issued clear warnings to Israelis travelling to Turkey and has called on those already there to abandon the country.
