ISIS spokesperson calls for attacks against police and military in west

Al Adnani dubbed ‘minister of attacks’ in western intelligence circles

ISIS spokesperson Abu Muhammad al-Adnani called on all the organisation’s supporters around the world to kill police officers and military personnel of countries participating in the international coalition of forces against ISIS in Syria and Iraq. His call reflects the day old incident of French born ISIS supporter Larossi Abballa, who live streamed his double murder of a French police officer and his partner.

Seven police officers and military staff have been murdered in France in Islamist terror attacks in 4 years. Al Adnani urged the jihadists living in the west to use any weapon they could to kill the ‘unbelievers’. ‘If you can detonate a bomb or use a bullet. ‘Rely upon Allah, and kill him in any manner or way however it may be. Do not ask for anyone’s advice and do not seek anyone’s verdict. Kill the disbeliever whether he is civilian or military, for they have the same ruling,’ he said in an old audio excerpt. Adnani has become a prominent figure in the Islamic State and is considered the ‘Minister of attacks’ in western intelligence agencies.
