There were no injuries caused by the incident

A big sinkhole opened on Monday when the ground collapsed in a parking lot outside a hospital in Jerusalem “swallowing” three cars.

According to the Times of Israel, seven fire trucks rushed to the parking lot of Shaare Zedek Medical Center on Monday afternoon, when they were notified that the ground had receded and that cars had fallen into the hole created.

Fortunately, there were no injuries caused by the incident. The phenomenon is believed to have been caused by road works being carried out nearby.
