Famous Greek American actress Jennifer Aniston revealed the secrets of her youthful appearance in a candid interview with Yahoo beauty editor, Bobbi Brown. The 45-year-old talented star explained how she manages to stay in shape and also referred to the pressure in Hollywood to be ageless.

In fact, when asked about the secret of her youthful appearance, she replied that her Greek heritage is to blame.

More specifically, the actress, daughter of the 81-year-old John Aniston, best known for his role of Victor Kiriakis on the soap Days of Our Lives, revealed that her Greek DNA is a big part of the secret.

“My dad is 100 per cent Greek; he turned 81 and he barely has a wrinkle. And neither did my grandmother, who was 95 when she died,” Aniston said.
