Kansas City Chiefs’ player George Karlaftis in Athens shows his love for PAO FC (photo)

The Super Bowl winner met with the Greek PM Mitsotakis

He never hid his love for Panathinaikos and now that he has returned from the USA for a while in Greece, he was at the Alexandra Avenue stadium, the home ground of Panathinaikos FC and was photographed with his shirt that had No56 on the back.

George Karlaftis is a Greek-born professional American football defensive end for the Kansas City Chiefs and won his first NFL Super Bowl this year.

The “eternal faithful” as George Karlaftis wrote in the photo he posted in front of Gate 13 became the second Greek to win a championship in American football (the Greek-born, but American Chris Maragos had won it in 2018).

On Tuesday (28/2), Karlaftis met with Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
