While speaking to parapolitika radio station the economist of the main opposition party Kostas Lapavitsas stated that ” The Plan B of SYRIZA must be returning to the Greek drachma” and added that ” There will be very serious issues and the Greek people cannot stay in the dark. The Greek people must come forward to say what they need and fight for it”.

Regarding to the currency issue Mr. Lapavitsa said that : “No prospect and no possibility cannot be excluded from the government on the subject of another currency. SYRIZA should have three or even four different  alternative plans. SYRIZA will defiantly  go into negotiations in which serious issues will certainly arise. One of the plans that SYRIZA should consider is what will do under serious pressure”.

Furthermore the economist accused government for losing completely control over things and that the key question still remains  how the country will manage to get out of this situation.

Finally, for the current market situation Mr. Lapavitsa stated that: “The markets have already reacted and they will continue to react. Is understandable. The question is whether SYRIZA will have the confidence to implement the program. “
