Marc Poll: New Democracy leads by 16.9 units, higher than SYRIZA’s percentage

New Democracy currently holds a predominant position among voters yet to make a decision, followed by PASOK, insights into the demographic characteristics and preferences of undecided voters

The recent survey conducted by the Marc company on behalf of ANT1 television that was featured in its primary news broadcast reveals New Democracy’s lead of 16.9 percentage points in the anticipated results of the European elections on June 9th. This margin surpasses the 16.5% attributed to the official opposition party.

According to the poll, New Democracy is projected to secure 33.4% of the vote, with a range between 30.7% and 36.1%, while SYRIZA is at 16.5%, with a range of 14.4% to 18.6%.

PASOK maintains a clear third position, falling short of surpassing SYRIZA. Eliniki Lysi party holds the fourth place with 8.8%, followed by the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) at 7.6%, Eleftheria Plefsi at 4.6%, and Victory at 3.6%. MeRA25 hovers at the electoral threshold of 3%, while the New Left is at 2.5%.

Notably, PASOK appears to have a larger pool of votes than SYRIZA among undecided voters, with an estimated party affiliation of 10.5%, compared to SYRIZA’s 8.2%. New Democracy leads among undecided voters, with a party affiliation of 16.1% with the governing party.
