German Chancellor Angela Merkel expressed the view that Greece will fulfill its obligations arising from the 3rd bailout plan, during a press conference held in Berlin that is under way. ‘In the meantime, we have a program for Greece, a third program. We have released the first tranche of this program. There will be new elections in Greece and I believe that the country has fulfilled’, said the Chancellor.
