Three days of negotiations between the Greek government and lenders begin with the PM’s return from St. Petersburg. The ultimate goal is Monday’s Summit and a possible solution for Greece.

PM Alexis Tsipras will speak with EC’s Jean-Claude Juncker through telephone and might even visit Brussels for a personal chat if need be. Mr. Juncker, on his part, despite stating that the confidence with which he surrounded Mr. Tsipras found no reciprocation, is already speaking with Mrs. Merkel, Mr. Hollande and the Dutch PM.

The Summit will take place on Monday afternoon, preceded by an emergency Eurogroup meeting as announced by Jeroen Dijsselbloem. Mr. Dijsselbloem, Mr. Draghi and Mrs. Lagarde have also been invited to attend the Summit.
