Musk undergoing medical testing, may need surgery before Zuckerberg fight

“Exact date is still in flux. I’m getting an MRI of my neck & upper back tomorrow"

Newsroom August 8 12:10

X owner Elon Musk says that he might need to get surgery before fighting Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

Musk, 52, who is also the CEO of Tesla, said on X that he is getting an MRI of his neck and upper back.

Zuckerberg, 39, posted on Threads, which was built to compete with X but has since struggled, a screenshot of a post from Musk that stated: “Am lifting weights throughout the day, preparing for the fight. Don’t have time to work out, so I just bring them to work.”

Zuckerberg responded: “I’m ready today. I suggested August 26 when he first challenged, but he hasn’t confirmed. Not holding my breath.”
