New Riga-Rhodes route by air Baltic

More visitors from Latvia are expected in Rhodes this summer

Latvian airline airBaltic is launching a new route that connects Riga, Latvia, with the Greek island of Rhodes on June 12, 2014. The route will increase Baltic travelers to Greece as well as connect travelers from the south with Riga. The new flights will take place once a week on Fridays aboard Boeing 272-300 aircraft. The flight lasts for 3 hours and 35 minutes.

“The Greek island of Rhodes is an ideal holiday destination for relaxation and action seekers alike,” says airBaltic Chief Commercial Officer Christophe Viatte. “With eight months of sunshine, stunning beaches and green hills, it is the ideal destination to add to our route map. It broadens summer holiday options for travelers from the Baltic region, and strengthens direct links between northern and southern Europe.
